Take a fine cut of pork, slow cook it and smoke it, then pull the tender, moist, pre-cooked pork apart and stir in our own, tangy, flavorful sauce. Barbecued pork never tasted so good! Piled on a bun or alone on a plate, it’s perfect for lunch or dinner!
Pulled Pork is sourced from the shoulder-area. It is slowed cooked at low heat until it becomes tender enough to be “pulled” apart. Most often, pulled pork is marinated and seasoned for tenderness.
Conventional Oven: Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 375°. Remove smoker from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. **Important** Place smoker on cookie sheet, not directly on rack. Cook about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Stove Top: Remove pulled pork from package and place in saucepan. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
Microwave Oven: Remove smoker from outer package. Place smoker in microwave and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. Peel top film from corner carefully, allowing hot steam to escape.
